The São Bento station is considered one of the most beautiful stations in the world, and inside you will be dazzled by the 20,000 tiles painted by Jorge Colaço. S. Bento station was designed by José Marques da Silva.
10:20 AM - Mercado do Bolhão, rua Sá da Bandeira

We will be stopping at Teatro Nacional São João, designed by J. Marques da Silva, and Batalha-Centro de Cinema, which has been recently renovated.
11:15 AM - Rua de Santa Catarina
On the way, we pass Santa Catarina Street, the main traditional shopping street of the city.
11:20 AM - Avenida dos Aliados (ascending direction)
Headquarters of Jornal de Noticias (old), by Marques da Silva, and the building of the City Hall by Correia da Silva.
11:40 AM - Avenida dos Aliados (descending direction)
Please be advised that due to the ongoing construction of the new metro station at Praça da Liberdade, it will not be possible to make a stop at this location. At the end of the avenue, there are two monumental buildings on both sides, which were designed by Marques da Silva.
