Even though my degree is in Fine Art (Painting) and not Architecture, I have always been fascinated by the interplay between interior/exterior spaces, building scales, and how they interact with public spaces.

During the tour, we will take a few breaks at some of the most amazing buildings in Porto and Matosinhos (Leça da Palmeira).

9:30 AM - Pickup
The tour may begin with a pick-up from the hotel where the customer is staying, by contacting the local guide in advance.
9:45 AM - São Bento Railway Station
The São Bento station is considered one of the most beautiful stations in the world, and inside you will be dazzled by the 20,000 tiles painted by Jorge Colaço. S. Bento station was designed by José Marques da Silva.
10:00 AM - Trindade Metro Station

10:15 AM - Bairro da Bouça
10:45 AM - Faculty of Architecture (UP)
On the way, we pass this amazing building on the top of the riverside bank, designed by Álvaro Siza.
11:15 AM - Serralves Foundation
The Museum of Contemporary Art, designed by the renowned architect Álvaro Siza, can be visited at the end of the tour or I can drop you off there.
11:45 AM - Casa de Chá da Boa Nova (Tea house)

12:30 PM - Four House - Casa Fernando Neto
